Delete your Daily Collection account

Way 1 — inside the app

Open Daily Collection and log in.
Tap the ☰ menu → Delete my account.
Tap Send delete request and confirm.

Way 2 — without the app

Send a WhatsApp message or call 81466 61200 with your company name, your username and the words "Delete my account". We may ask a question to confirm it is your account.

What is deleted

Staff / sub-admin login: the login, its name, username, password, mobile number and phone link. The entries it made belong to the company's records and stay with the company only until the company's own keep-days end, then they are deleted.
Company admin: the whole company — every login, all entries, settlements, notes, photos and reports, and the wallet points.

When

Within 7 days of the request. After that only these remain: records of payments made to the developer that the law requires us to keep, the encrypted safety copies of the database, which are deleted within 1 year, and the stop list of WhatsApp numbers that sent STOP.

तरीका 2 — बिना ऐप

81466 61200 पर WhatsApp करें या फ़ोन करें — कंपनी का नाम, अपना यूज़रनेम और "Delete my account" लिखें। आपका अकाउंट होने की पुष्टि के लिए एक सवाल पूछा जा सकता है।

क्या मिटेगा

स्टाफ़ / सब-एडमिन लॉगिन: लॉगिन, नाम, यूज़रनेम, पासवर्ड, मोबाइल नंबर और फ़ोन की पहचान। उसकी की हुई एंट्रियाँ कंपनी के रिकॉर्ड की हैं — कंपनी के अपने चुने दिनों तक रहती हैं, फिर मिट जाती हैं।
कंपनी का एडमिन: पूरी कंपनी — हर लॉगिन, सारी एंट्रियाँ, सेटलमेंट, नोट्स, फ़ोटो, रिपोर्ट और वॉलेट पॉइंट।

कब

अनुरोध के 7 दिन के अंदर। उसके बाद सिर्फ़ ये रहते हैं: डेवलपर को हुए भुगतान का रिकॉर्ड, जो क़ानून के हिसाब से रखना ज़रूरी है, डेटाबेस की सुरक्षा-कॉपी (encrypted), जो 1 साल के अंदर मिट जाती है, और STOP भेजने वाले WhatsApp नंबरों की रोक-सूची।
